The credit card details are kept following the data security provisions according to the current regulations. A check on the validity of the credit card can be guaranteed by the Hotel through an instant pre-authorization system that checks the truthfulness of the data and the coverage of the amount of the reservation. In the case of a prepaid card, we recommend checking the availability of funds on your card. This operation does not generate any type of charge as it is immediately reallocated by the system. It may happen that the customer receives a message or SMS from the bank with a debit report (the bank sometimes equates these checks to normal charges) but it is sufficient to check the movements to verify that the pre-authorized sum has never actually been charged to your bank account.

If you want to book without a credit card, you need to contact the hotel to agree the amount of the deposit to be paid by bank transfer.

The room is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is by 11:00 am. There is a free luggage storage service available for customers who arrive earlier or who want to leave Salò later.
